Real experiences from our school community.

I am proud to share my wholehearted testimonial for Mynegy School. My son, Francis Jnr., attended Mynegy from six months old until he completed kindergarten at age five. As one of the pioneer parents and the longest-serving Parent-Teacher Association Chairman, I had the privilege of watching the school grow and of participating in its development from the very beginning.
Mynegy is deeply committed to the full development of each child , academically, morally and socially. The school’s approach to pedagogy never felt one-dimensional; teachers worked diligently to nurture curiosity and learning while also instilling strong values and social skills. There was a genuine and consistent collaboration between the school and us parents at home, which made the child-rearing process a true partnership rather than two separate efforts.
The proprietor, whom we all affectionately called Aunty Myna, treated the school’s work as if she were raising her own family. Her maternal instincts shaped policies and day-to-day decisions, creating a warm, secure and structured environment where every child was seen and heard. Individual attention was one of Mynegy’s hallmarks, and that personal care made a lasting difference in my son’s early development.
I am deeply grateful for the foundation Mynegy provided. Much of who Francis Jnr. is today, confident, courteous and well-rounded, I attribute to the early childhood education and nurturing he received at Mynegy School.
It is no wonder therefore that Mynegy School has blossomed from a play school for toddlers and pre school children to a top class pre secondary educational facility.
I recommend Mynegy without reservation to any parent seeking a caring, principled and effective start blossoming into pre- secondary education for their child.

My name is Joshua Calvin Komla Nyahe and my journey began at Mynegy School, the place that shaped my childhood and laid the foundation for who I am today. Growing up in this school was more than just learning in a classroom it was a home filled with genuine care, encouragement, and unforgettable memories. I was surrounded by teachers and staff who believed in me even when I doubted myself, showing me love, patience, and dedication. Their consistent pressure accompanied by disciplinary measures aimed at bringing out the best in me, built a discipline in me that continues to guide my life today.
One person I miss deeply is the proprietress, Lady Mynna. She was the perfect blend of being firm yet jovial always entertaining, warm, and approachable. Her motherly love made school feel safe, and her leadership shaped the environment that helped us all grow as well as her occasional counselling sessions and talks about self-esteem that continues to guide my life.
Thanks to the training, values, and foundation I received at Mynegy School, I passed my basic education successfully and continued through to one of the best senior high schools in Ghana, Adisadel College, where I developed even more academically and personally. Today, I am proud to say that I am in my second year of studying Civil Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
The journey hasn’t been easy, civil engineering is challenging, and life gets tougher along the way. But the resilience, discipline, confidence, and work ethics I gained from Mynegy, as well as the role of the School prefect I was entrusted with, which helped develop my leadership skills and sense of responsibility.
Because of the way they trained me, I am still thriving, still growing, and still determined to make everyone who invested in me especially my parents proud.
I remain grateful for the solid foundation Mynegy School gave me. It will always be a part of my story.

Mynegy nursery school, (no longer just a nursery school) and it’s not surprising seeing the development knowing who is in charge. When I think back to my earliest years of school, I’m filled with gratitude for the foundation my it gave me. It wasn’t just a place where I learned letters and numbers—it was where I first discovered the importance of kindness, confidence, and community. Those values have stayed with me and continue to shape my career and the person I strive to be every day.
Although many names and faces have blurred with time, the memories remain vivid. I still laugh whenever I see the pictures from “Dress Up as Your Parents Day”, a reminder of the creativity and joy woven into every activity. The proprietress, with her warm and vibrant energy, poured so much thought into the wonderful programs and ceremonies she organized, making each moment feel special.
I will never forget those early lessons and experiences. Our supervised playtime, arts and craft, bruises we did get from play, countless laughs we shared with tutors, robust introduction to academia and the naps! They formed a part of me that I carry with pride, and I will always be thankful for the nurturing start I was given.

I am honored to write this testimonial for my alma mater, Mynegy School, a place that has been more than just an academic institution to me. It has been a nurturing ground where discipline, knowledge, and values were instilled in us daily. Guided by the school’s motto, “Dominus Pastor Meus” (“The Lord is my Shepherd”), Mynegy School has consistently provided a strong foundation for excellence both in academics and character.
During my time here, I witnessed the dedication of hardworking teachers who went beyond the classroom to ensure that every student achieved their fullest potential. The school not only emphasized academic achievement but also encouraged us to explore our talents through extracurricular activities, shaping us into well-rounded individuals.
The sense of community and moral guidance I received at Mynegy School continues to inspire me in all aspects of my life. I am proud to be a product of such a remarkable institution, and I will always carry with me the values and lessons I gained here.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mynegy School to any parent or student seeking a place where education meets discipline, faith, and holistic development.
